| Responsibilities | Support daily procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchase order processing. Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance. Work closely with internal teams to understand material and service requirements. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure smooth communication. Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment. Prepare and review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with headquarters in Japan, Japanese suppliers, and stakeholders in Japanese (spoken and written). Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Assist in preparing basic reports such as purchase records, supplier performance, and cost tracking. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the procurement team. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance procurement efficiency. |

| Requirements | Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Japanese (spoken, read and written) is mandatory; JLPT N2 or above is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or working experience is a plus. Basic understanding of procurement or purchasing processes is an advantage. Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Able to work independently and as part of a team. |
